Here we've written up everything we know about our software.  Many users forget to search our online documentation for commonly asked problems. You can also find information about Registration and Activation, Troubleshooting, Common Problems and much more.

Downloading Updates

When you purchase a product from OutDataSolution, you can register your product and receive a support account. Registering allows one to Download the product and any updates for the duration of the support subscription, and to ask questions on our discussion forum. You can Extend your Support Subscription without the need to purchase additional licenses.

Standard Support

Our Discussion Forum is our standard support service and is available for you to ask questions about our software. After you register your purchase, you will be able to use the forum for the duration of your support subscription. We will gladly assist you as much as we can, but must give support to officially supported features of the software.

Please remember to provide the following information:

  • Version of Joomla, PHP, and the software that you using;
  • a description of the problem and how it can be reproduced;
  • Screenshots that show the problem (JPG or PNG files only please);
  • If you are using Logos Form and Report Manager, relevant output from the debug, error, and access logs .

The duration of your support account depends on the Support Subscription that you selected when you purchased Logos.  OurDataSolution offers Installation (1 week), Essential (1 month), Standard (3 months), and Extended (1 Year) support subscriptions.

Support is limited to using the standard software features in a generic way, and priority will be given to issues relating to installation, configuration, and basic usage as described in our product documentation. Help with specific implementations of the software is considered to be Premium Support.
