Evaluation

If you are using the evaluation version of Logos Form and Report Manager, please remember that this free version is does not contain all of the features described in documentation and is not supported by OurDataSolution. To obtain a support account you will need to purchase either LFRM Express or LFRM Professional. More information about the evaluation version can be found on our Documentation Wiki. You can download an evaluation copy by completing the Request Form.

Joomla 1.6/1.7 vs Joomla 1.5

Logos Form and Report Manager works on both Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 1.6/1.7.  If you are using the newest version of Joomla, you need to use our new version of Logos, Logos 5.1.  If you are using the older version of Joomla then use Logos 4, the latest release of which is 4.2.4 which you can download this version from the Downloads page.

Registration

When you purchase the Logos Technology Platform you can then register for a support account. Registering allows you to download updates and to ask support questions on our Discussion forum. You can register using our Registration Form, and can view or change your previous registrations in your Order History. Documentation

Support

If you have already registered and are logged in, you can Download Software Updates, view your Order History, and access and modify your Registration Information.  Support is offered via our Discussion Boards.  You can Extend your Support Subscription without need to purchase additional licenses.
