This past weekend we migrated the ODS website to a new cloud-based server, and this week we're performing the second of a series of updates to the site, this time to the ordering system.
The changes to the ordering system lets one order licenses and support separately. If you don't need the full year of support, then you don't have to pay for it. Those with large projects that need more support should purchase either the Standard or Extended support subscriptions. Next week you will also have a way to extend your subscription - we're introducing these changes in stages.
If you've purchased Logos before April 4th, 2011, don't worry, you are grandfathered with the previous full year of support, starting from the time you placed the order. We don't want to short-change anyone!
We are also introducing coupons that offer discounts to existing customers or members of our affiliates. This discounts will be rolled out in the coming weeks, starting with our Spring 2011 newsletter.
