Logos 5.0.4

This is a maintenance release that addresses a number of problems reported by our users over the past two weeks, and is a recommended upgrade for anyone experiencing problems related to the issues described here. This may also be the last release of the 5.0.x series as we start to look at a minor update, Logos 5.1 .
Changes to Existing Features
- Improved the error reporting of the Application Wizard when generating actions where the query code cannot be generated.
- If a field or output is configured as an integer, then the grid will not render it using a comma. Use float instead.
- Improving some of the logic regarding show messages when the message refers to data which is not present.
- Improving the confirmation feature - now generates a form based on the original form.
- Improving how input is registered and then validated, which helps with non-standard inputs that depend on other inputs.
- Minor improvements to the Print button introduced in the previous release.
- Updated the component to work with the ODS website without the www. prefix.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a problem regarding rendering fieldsets and tabs when using custom queries that use the fieldset and tab variable types. This is an issue that those migrating from Logos4 may encounter.
- Fixed a bug related to adding custom buttons in the Grid Toolbar.
- Fixed a problem where the form buttons would remain disabled if no results where returned by the action.
- Fixed a problem with logging where debug and error information would not be logged to the database.
