Logos 5.0.3 Update

This is a maintenance release that addresses a number of bugs, offers several new optimizations, and has been tested to work with the Joomla 1.6.2 release.
Below is a summary of the changes.
New Features
- Added the option to make a Print button on the grid toolbar
- Added additional configurations to the grid toolbar for advanced users
- Improved error checking in generation of an action when using the Application Wizard
- Improved error handling when the Application Wizard cannot generate an action
Changes to Existing Features
- When a form is submitted, the form buttons will be temporarily disabled
- Improved the preloading of data into a form so that an input does not steal the data for a column by the same name
- Expanded functionality of combo-boxes, will select first record in the dependent list
- Updated the templates and related logic for Multi-paged forms so that they work smoother
Bug Fixes
- Fixed logic error in JS that builds links, better check for an existing question mark marker
- Fixed an issue with url encoding of links generated in the grid
